Overview
GVK, a prominent petrochemical manufacturing company, was struggling with fragmented visitor management systems across its multiple locations. The front office operations lacked real-time visibility and control over visitor movement, leading to communication gaps and security concernsâespecially when managing restricted areas. Traditional processes made it difficult to issue timely passes or identify visitors based on the purpose and shift timings. To address these challenges, GVK partnered with Onfra, which provided a centralized, digital solution. Onfra enabled real-time tracking of visitor entries and exits, issued purpose-based digital badges, and introduced shift-specific passes to streamline access management.
